Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing excellent support. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality work and customer engagement. Gain foundational product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership. Train learners effectively to retain information and techniques.
