Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in store operations and leadership.
