Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality work and customer engagement. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
