Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to capitalize on or resolve work activities. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership.
