Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries and resolving issues with a genuine, approachable demeanor. Execute sales techniques through GC certification and train learners on product knowledge and repair techniques. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music within an inclusive, customer-first environment.
