Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Assist in building business through quality work and customer engagement. Additional duties as assigned.

- Skilled understanding of repairing Guitars
