Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and effectively train learners on techniques and store operations.
