Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and customer experience. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues while following through on identified opportunities to resolve tasks. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership.
