Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and assist in building business through quality customer experiences. Handle customer service issues while interacting with clients to ensure positive outcomes. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
