Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, demonstrating genuine knowledge and a commitment to helping them. Execute additional duties as assigned, including following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales.
