Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and building business through quality work. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair, with preferences for foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales techniques, and may be asked to effectively train learners.
