Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries with a focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music through high-quality instrument care and exceptional service.
