Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Build business through quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required; foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products preferred.
