Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and follow through on work activities without prompting. Gain product and sales knowledge through the GC certification program and effectively train learners on techniques.
