Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty work. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues with a focus on craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge.
