Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact directly with customers while utilizing initiative to identify opportunities for business growth through sales and leadership development. Gain product knowledge through certification programs and train learners on techniques and store operations.
