Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Execute warranty repairs and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues. Complete work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
