Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work as assigned. Maintain store-owned gear and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and train learners on techniques and store operations.
