Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while interacting with clients to ensure positive experiences. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and follow through on work activities without being requested. Train learners on product knowledge and techniques, and develop skills in store operations and leadership.
