Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues as needed. Gain product knowledge through GC certification to support sales and training initiatives. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music.
