Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, applying customer service principles to handle issues and build relationships. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales through product knowledge and follow through on work activities without being asked. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. You will work within Guitar Center's inclusive environment focused on nurturing lifelong musicians and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
