Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while building business through quality service and sales. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and follow through on assigned duties. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by providing expert instrument care in a creative environment.
