Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Assist in building business through quality work and sales techniques. Interact with customers while following through on work activities to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities.
