Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers to build trust and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work. Complete the GC certification program to gain understanding of products and sales techniques. Train learners on product knowledge, store operations, sales, and leadership skills.
