Job Summary
Manage and troubleshoot DDN/Cray enterprise storage environments, including Lustre operations, SAN/NAS connectivity, and replication activities. Execute firmware and OS upgrades, perform capacity planning, and monitor storage health while providing remote technical support to customers. Prepare root cause analysis reports and documentation within a 24×7 support environment involving weekends and shifts. Requires 6+ years of experience in storage administration, Linux/VMware/UNIX, and networking fundamentals. Located in Bangalore with an on-site/remote work mode.

- 4–5+ years hands-on DDN/Cray Storage administration
- Enterprise Storage operations & troubleshooting
- Lustre Storage environment
- DDN/Cray replication, DR & backup
- Storage provisioning, capacity & performance management
- SAN, FC, iSCSI & zoning
- CIFS/NFS troubleshooting
- Linux / VMware / Windows / UNIX
- TCP/IP, VLAN & networking fundamentals
- Storage virtualization, thin provisioning & deduplication
- Storage upgrades, firmware & OS upgrades
- Clustering & High Availability
- Log analysis and end-to-end troubleshooting
- Work in a 24×7 support environment, including weekends/shifts
