Job Summary
Lung Nodule Nurse Navigator provides clinical resources and care coordination for patients with pulmonary nodules. Responsibilities include facilitating timely diagnostic workups (imaging, biopsies, specialty consultations), serving as the primary contact for patients and families from initial diagnosis through treatment and follow-up, and delivering education and support. The role collaborates with pulmonology, thoracic surgery, radiology, oncology, and primary care to ensure adherence to guidelines, maintains a lung nodule tracking database, and supports clinic workflows and accreditation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience
- Experience in pulmonary/oncology/thoracic surgery or intensive care strongly preferred
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- Registered Nurse licensure in New Hampshire
- minimum 3 years nursing experience
