Job Summary
Supervise students during lunch periods and in the school playground, assist with trays, seating, and dismissal procedures; circulate to resolve minor issues, address behaviors per school/district procedures, model positive communication with students, report injuries or illnesses, ensure food safety per HACCP, coordinate with custodial/food staff for spills or safety concerns, and perform related duties as assigned. Must work under non-exempt, hourly arrangements with a schedule Monday-Friday from 10:30am to 1:00pm, in a school lunchroom environment, with emphasis on safety, supervision, and cooperative teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
