Job Summary
Lunchroom and recess supervision with responsibility for ensuring safe, orderly lunchroom and play area operations, enforcing lunch/recess procedures, assisting with lunchroom cleanup, monitoring student behavior, guiding students between spaces, and reporting hazards. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and age 18+, ability to move up to 50 pounds, basic math and English literacy, and effective communication with diverse groups. Shift starts at 11:05 AM and lasts 60–90 minutes; pay is $29.44 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Over the age of 18
- Ability to supervise lunchroom and recess
- Familiarity with safety procedures and emergency procedures
- Basic math and English literacy
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate tactfully with students and staff
- Ability to work shift schedules typical for school day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
