Job Summary
Supervise students at playtime, organize group games, and ensure safety while maintaining established standards. React to injuries, administer first aid if needed, and check equipment and weather conditions for hazards. Direct student movements, promote fairness, and complete disciplinary reports for incidents. Assist in the cafeteria as needed and maintain consistent attendance. This role supports meaningful playground leadership and group interaction at Pine Ridge Elementary during the lunch and playground periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Experience working with children
- Strong desire to help children
- Knowledge of first aid procedures/protocol
- Consistent and reliable attendance
