Job Summary
Lunch Cover Hours Practitioner at Bright Horizons Bracknell Nursery. Join our Bracknell nursery as a lunch cover, working 9:30am-2:30pm. Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development towards key milestones. Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning. Requires Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding understanding, and ability to build partnerships with colleagues and parents. This role is part-time, with shift options of 9:30am-2:30pm five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers
