Job Summary
Provide supervision of 90-100 students during lunch in the cafeteria and during playground periods. Maintain a minimum noise level, help students with trays and opening thermos bottles, distribute lunch condiments, assist with dismissal and organize transitions from cafeteria to classroom and from cafeteria to playground. Wipe tables after groups, supervise playground activities, resolve minor conflicts diplomatically, and work cooperatively with others to foster a friendly work environment while maintaining courteous and professional demeanor with all stakeholders of Washington County Public Schools.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students and adults
- Ability to supervise students
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
