Job Summary
Respond to incoming orders first, ensuring customers receive the materials they need. Set the tone for the customer experience by managing the lumberyard floor. Handle building materials and lumber with knowledge of the inventory, utilizing forklift certification or obtaining it as required. Perform physical tasks including twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs in various weather conditions within our outdoor warehouse. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with rotating Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Required Qualifications
- Forklift certification or ability to be forklift certified
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of building materials and lumber is preferred
