Respond to incoming orders as the first point of contact, setting the tone for customer experience. Manage the outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions while handling cash transactions and providing helpful expertise on building materials and lumber. Operate forklifts to move inventory, ensuring customers receive the materials they need promptly. This role supports HPM Building Supply's century-long mission to serve Hawai'i's families and builders with quality products.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of building materials and lumber
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift certification or ability to be forklift certified
- Ability to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
