Job Summary
Coordinate daily lumber shipments via rail and truck by collaborating with the Sales Department and Lumber Supervisor. Manage production information through daily tabulation, entry, and corporate reporting, while entering weekly forecasts into shipping software. Reconcile daily shipments with the sales group and perpetual inventory system, preparing shipping documents including waybills and reports. Perform month-end inventory adjustments and reporting. Requires two to four years of administrative and shipping experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and JD Edwards or Oracle EBS experience. Salary range is $57,500 - $68,000.
