Lumber Grader position responsible for grading and inspecting boards according to Nelma standards, ensuring safety procedures, and maintaining clean working conditions. Entry-level full-time job with physical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Understand all Nelma grading rules per the handbook for each species of wood
- Ensure appropriate grading of each board
- Inspect lumber for defects
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in varying weather conditions
