Job Summary
Take responsibility for all aspects of Health and Safety within the department, including Fire Training and Practices. Greet arriving and departing guests using correct phraseology while carrying their luggage to ensure safety and security. Handle guest and customer complaints with precision, speed, and professionalism in accordance with Disciplinary and Grievance Policies. Plan, organize, and monitor the day-to-day operation of the department to align with hotel strategies. Possess a driving license, knowledge of London, and fluency in English. Eligible to work in the UK.
