Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while demonstrating ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and maintain merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and support store operations by assisting with pricing, promotional sets, and product placement. Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize risk. Maintain visually appealing selling areas, accurate signage, and cleanliness across all store zones.

- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success
- Communicate with excellence
- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
