Job Summary
Prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers while processing transactions on the P.O.S. system and managing cash variances. Maintain the bar fully stocked, ensuring no product overages or shortages occur. This role requires a minimum age of 21, effective communication skills, and the ability to obtain all required work cards and gaming registration. Candidates must possess knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks, along with experience in cash handling. A strong understanding of alcohol classes, glassware, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and soda, juice, and liquor guns is essential.
Required Qualifications
