Job Summary
Responsible for enrolling guests into the Lucky Star Rewards database, explaining club rewards, assisting guests with financial transactions, and supporting casino events and gaming tournament reservations. Handles cash, gaming chips, prize distribution, and documentation; maintains security and confidentiality of guest information; utilizes the guest rewards system and broadcasts promotions. Requires strong written and verbal communication, outstanding guest service, ability to work in a high-volume, detail-oriented cash-handling environment, and compliance with regulations. Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain Washington State Class III Gaming License; pre-employment drug screen. On-site role based in Rochester, WA with regular shifts including weekends/holidays.
