Job Summary
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner; monitor guest intoxication and adhere to beverage service standards; follow recipes for cocktails; maintain knowledge of offerings and prices; process POS transactions and gaming redemptions; ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance with department and regulatory policies; collaborate with staff, bar backs, and cocktail servers; attend required trainings and maintain personal appearance and department safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous alcoholic beverage service experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission regulations
Additional Requirements
- Prohibited from playing all casino games while on duty, except as authorized for employee tournaments
