Job Summary
Enthusiastically welcome guests, share menu recommendations, and serve food and beverages while checking on satisfaction. Utilize initiative to resolve complaints and create loyalty by genuinely relating to guests and associates. Communicate with the culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, and special requests. Multi-task with an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role requires flexibility with workdays and hours, TABC and Food Handler certifications, and the ability to communicate fluently in English. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
