Job Summary
Coordinate lubrication tasks with plant operations to ensure safe, timely completion of duties for Spray Dry Operation equipment. Lubricate assigned machinery per approved standards and schedules while communicating abnormalities to appropriate personnel. Maintain equipment through minor adjustments, clean oil spills to prevent contamination, and follow disposal procedures for lubricants and oily rags. Inspect for impending failures, report hazards, and participate in contamination control and lubricant standardization efforts. Maintain records, tallies, and reports as required while attending available training on equipment and machinery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in basic math
- Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail
- MSHA knowledge preferred
