Job Summary
Organize, execute, and streamline daily lubrication program activities across the facility; assist in developing plant lubrication procedures and perform regular program audits; monitor rotating machinery health and verify compliance with lubrication standards; maintain field documentation and lubrication tracking data; collaborate with on-site teams and project managers to identify program improvement areas. Requires 5+ years in industrial lubrication, CAT I certification (CAT II preferred), hands-on lubrication procedure development, machinery inspection, and plant sampling knowledge, with strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated lubrication experience in an industrial environment.
- ISO 18436-4 MLA/MLT-CAT I certification required (CAT II preferred, but strong field experience with a CAT I is highly encouraged to apply).
- Direct experience serving as an industrial Lubrication Technician or Engineer.
- Practical knowledge of lubrication procedure development, machinery inspections, and plant sampling protocols.
