Lube & Tire Tech

As a Midas general service technician, you’ll perform a wide range of automotive maintenance services both independently and with peers. Responsibilities include routine maintenance (oil changes, fluid exchanges), safety and courtesy inspections, tire mounting/balancing/rotating, battery replacements, bulbs/belts/hoses, and shop cleanliness/maintenance. The role requires solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license. ASE certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience are referenced as part of the required background, and the facility operates on a 5-day week with a non-flat-rate pay model and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
