Job Summary
As a Midas general service technician, perform a range of automotive maintenance services including routine oil changes and fluid exchanges, safety inspections, tire mounting/balancing, battery replacement, and replacement of bulbs, belts, and hoses. Maintain and clean shop areas; work independently and collaborate with peers in a full-service facility. Requires basic automotive knowledge; emphasizes mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ASE certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience are relevant. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Entry level technicians must have prior knowledge of automotive basics
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
