Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical tools and equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and completed repairs while organizing the yard to ensure cleanliness and safety. Oversee storage and proper handling of tools, monitoring inventory levels and reporting when restocking is needed. Conduct safety checks and inspections to identify potential hazards, always adhering to company safety policies. Assist team members with tool-related needs and provide guidance on the proper use and handling of electrical equipment. Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals. This full-time outdoor role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing electrical tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor conditions as needed
