Job Summary
Perform routine preventative maintenance on light and heavy-duty vehicles, fleet equipment, and oilfield machinery, including oil changes, fluid checks, lubrication services, and filter replacements. Inspect vehicles and equipment for basic wear, leaks, and maintenance needs, and communicate findings to senior technicians. Rotate and inspect tires as needed, then wash, clean, and prepare equipment before and after service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while assisting experienced mechanics with repairs and shop projects. Accurately document all maintenance performed and report any concerns or recommended repairs. This role requires comfort with 12-hour day shifts, weekends, and working on your feet in a fast-paced shop environment.
