Job Summary
The Lube Technician role involves performing all vehicle lubrication services to manufacturer/dealership standards, inspecting vehicles during lubrication, and referring needed maintenance to the Service Advisor. Requires lubricating moving parts with appropriate lubricants, maintaining lubrication equipment, checking fluids, inflating tires, and keeping the workspace safe and organized. Must follow safety policies and be capable of working in a team within a fast-paced dealership environment. Minimum 2 years of technician apprenticeship experience in an automotive dealership and a valid Ontario driver’s license with a good driving record are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as technician apprentice in an automotive dealership
- Valid Ontario driver's license and good driving record
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent judgement in execution of tasks
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
