Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts, while managing daily deposits to the bank and safeguarding cash from the register drawer in the absence of the Center Manager. Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services, maintaining inventory of supplies and reporting needs. Assist in leading the team during daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency, uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards, and provide outstanding customer service to resolve basic issues or complaints. Train and mentor new employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Report any anomalies or escalate unresolved matters regarding safety, security, or team behaviors to the appropriate management.
