Job Summary
Key Holder with part-time status responsible for opening/closing the service center, guiding daily operations, ensuring employee and customer service quality, and performing oil changes and basic vehicle services. Responsibilities include securing the location, handling deposits and cash control, supervising during daily operations, maintaining inventory, upholding safety/cleanliness standards, training new employees, resolving basic issues, and escalating safety or conduct concerns to management. Requires automotive knowledge or willingness to learn, strong communication skills, reliability, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and availability on weekends. Background check required, must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, dependability, high integrity and attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
- Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must pass company background check
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
